Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of purchase if the product is defective or not as described. Please ensure items are in their original condition and packaging.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and cash payments for in-store pickups. Online transactions are processed securely through Paystack.
How can I track my order?
